6 Months Old!!

Avery rolls every where. I have to constantly check on her when she is playing on the floor because I am afraid she will roll into something and hurt herself. I have found her at the top of her crib after a nap or when I go to get her in the morning. Avery can sit up all by herself. She can't do it very long so we have to make sure we are next to her to catch her if she starts to fall sideways, backwards, or frontwards. Her hair is growing. Hooray! We can style a pretty sweet mohawk for her. Her eyes are such a beautiful, piercing blue. She is really good with rice cereal and we are excited to start feeding her baby food soon.

Don't let her arm on my leg fool you. She can sit up all by herself.
Avery loves the remote control. I think that every kid loves them. She won't take her eyes off of the remote if she sees it sitting on the couch and she will start to arch her body towards it. Usually, we give in and let her play with it for a while.
Avery is wearing Kenny's cute hat. My mom is such an awesome Grandma. I am so glad that she is still here on this earth with us to be a Grandma to my kids. Love you Mom!

Yard Progress

We have been slowly working on our yard since we moved in. We are getting close and are very excited. The major projects left include: grass, large boulders, and trees/bushes. We recently finished the fire pit, gazebo, and are very close to finishing the water feature. Below is some pictures of our progress thus far (mostly of the fire pit, gazebo, and water feature).

Fresh concrete poured for the gazebo and fire pit.

The sandbox on the side of the house.

George's Birthday Party

The cute half-dead/half-alive couple.
George just loved it when everybody sang Happy Birthday to him.
Cael is so cute. I love his chubby cheeks.
Ah, it's nice to see the friendship is still there.

We are always taking pictures of ourselves and usually in this exact placement.
Jess is showing just how sexy of a nerd she is with her uni-brow, sweet hair and awesome glasses.
Dad with his beautiful daughters.
Mom and Dad with all the Grandkids.
Jordan and Lacey as a redneck couple.
Jason (as himself, aka Ordinary Guy) loves to hold our cute little babies. He is so good at it.

The Awesome Cake My Mom Made!!
Ann (Army Woman) and Lavar (Pumpkin/ Dutch Oven Chef). LaVar made some awesome Dutch Oven Potatoes and Chicken. Mmmmmm...
Steve (as Brittney Hadley) and Jenn (as George Hadley) with a fake baby Avery. These two won the prize for best costume. They are actually wearing our very own clothing. It was a big surprise that they came to the party because they live up in Tooele and we didn't think that they would want to brave the weather to drive down.
Brian (Krusty the Clown from "The Simpsons") and Lexie (Pro Wrestler)
Brock (scary redneck) and Angie (as herself).
Dan (God's gift to woman), McKendree (dog), Haley (white trash, literally) and Cael (manbug, not a ladybug)
Brittney (Greek goddess), Avery (cutest pumpkin ever) and George (dead Julius Ceasar)
Justin (Biker Dude), Macey (witch), and Mariesa (pregnant mommy witch)
Connor and McKendree had such cute little tails on the back of their costumes as you can see in the picture below. They both loved to show them off.

My mom and dad as Wilma and Fred.
Gen and Andrew as Superman and Superwoman.

Visit to Delta and Gentry's Bridal Shower

My Grandpa Riding, Avery, and ME.
Jess and my Grandpa Riding
Gentry and My Grandpa Riding. We all love him so much and he has been in the hospital for quite a while. Hopefully, he will be able to go home soon.

The awesome food at Gentry's shower. My mom and aunt Dana really came through on the refreshments. I think I gained 2 pounds from my continual eating during the shower.
My Aunt Cinda's little boy Coy. It is such a cutie and he loved to play with that truck.
Gen wearing her lovely plate/hat of bows. My Aunt Dana made it for her.
Gentry is modeling the cute underwear me and jess got her. On the back it says I Do in little crystals.
This is gentry being embarrassed while she opened our gift. We were given the special occasion of their first night. I think that we totally came through with all that they will need and probably more.
A picture of some of the family that came to the shower.
Kenny was Gentry's helper during the whole shower. She would bring Gen gifts and then help her open them. Kenny did the same thing during my baby shower.
Gentry is showing off her "Bride To Be" sash.
My Grandma Riding with Kenny and Avery. It was great to have her at the shower. She doesn't get out much due to her health. She is the best grandma ever. We all love her so much.
