Gazebo Progress -------- Yaaaaaaa!

We are finally making some real progress on the gazebo. We are excited to get some use out of it here are a few pics of its current state. There still some cabinets to build and a few other misc things to do but we are getting close.

The sheet rock was finished about 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday, the stucco guy finished and we were able to get in and finish painting in the afternoon.

Some of the projects left to do are:

1. Build the cabinets and counter top.
2. Put the end caps on the roof.
3. Finish up the electrical (just hook up switches, plugs, lights, etc).
4. Hook up the misting system.
5. Put gravel in the big dirt spot between the grass and the gazebo.
6. HAVE A HUGE BBQ/OUTSIDE MOVIE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weekend with the Fam!

We played a rousing game of Rummikub that George bought me for my Birthday,"The big 27". The game only allows for 4 players so every couple was a team.

We bought our parents a croquet set for Christmas. They brought it down with them and we played a couple games. I sadly did not win any croquet games. Jordan is highly skilled at the game, but my dad and Josh managed to beat him.

We went for a little walk with all of the kids. Avery had to hold Kenny and Connor's hands.

Avery loves reading books. When she saw that grandpa was reading to Connor, she had to join in on the fun. It was a very fun weekend. I love when my parents come to visit. The grandkids love having them around.
