WHAT A HOTTIE!! GRR!!
First of all I have to say how awesome my hubby is to try this stuff on, to pose for these pictures, and then to even let me post these pictures on my blog. I will give you all a background story of how these outfits came to be. A week or two ago my sister Gentry got some 60's clothes from her missionaries parents. As you can see she brought back a lot of clothes. They are going to be used at our "Hippe Night" this weekend at our family campout at Otter Creek. I want everyone to give me there input on what outfits they like, what ones make George look like the ultimate hottie and then I want to know which one George should wear this weekend. I need to know by Saturday, so get your comments in.

Portland Totally Rocked!!
I hope that everyone enjoys looking through the pictures from our trip. Not all of our pictures are on here because there is just way too many to do that, so I tried to give you a good overview. We both had so much fun and were sad to leave. It was a relaxing week that I wouldn't mind doing over again. Portland is such a beautiful state. Everywhere I looked there were trees in neighborhoods, along side the freeway, and in the city. In Portland they are all about recycling, which I thought was so cool. We also saw some very interesting and sometimes scary people, but I guess you can find that anywhere.
We went to the Zoo and walked around for a couple hours. George and Brian had fun pretending they were baby bald eagles. George also has a arm span close to that of a bald eagles wing span. He almost pulled his arms out of the socket trying to reach the tip of the wings. I was so proud of him. Then we went and ate at Helvetia Tavern. The cheeseburgers were so good and so were the fries. Don't worry I helped George eat that cheeseburger.
Me, George and Katie went to an Alan Jackson and Miranda Lambert Concert on Thursday. We had a really good time. At the end me and Katie stood up and started singing Alan Jackson's encore song.
We went to Oregon State Park and hiked down to the South Fall. We were able to walk behind it. It was really loud and totally awesome. As you can see George enjoyed tasting the local water. Ethan was a little bit tired on our trip. He is adorable. He wasn't asleep for very long because the waterfall was so loud.
We stopped at Multanomah Falls, which is a gorgeous waterfall. It was really tall and we could feel the spray when we were 15 ft away. Ethan enjoyed his ice cream cone as you can see.
We stopped out at some overlooks to the Columbia River. The views were amazing and it was gorgeous weather.
Me and George decided to do a little dressing up of our nephew. I love these pictures. He is such a cutie.
Ethan loved to ride on Copper's back. He would laugh so hard and then start to fall off. I was very surprised by how well Ethan took it when Copper would accidentally knock him over when he was trying to play with Copper or when we were playing with Ethan and then Copper would try to get in between us so he could have attention. Let me tell you that I am never owning a dog.
These are some of the pictures from our ride on the boat the Portland Spirit that took us down the Columbia River. We were served lunch and enjoyed the awesome view of houses on the river, trees everywhere, and each others company. The bottom picture is George's brother Brian and his girlfriend Lexie. The other picture is of George's brother Jeff, his wife Katie and their son Ethan.

A Little Update From Portland
So I thought that I would just talk about some things that we have done while in Portland. We still have 6 more days here, but so far we have went to Saturday Market which has a lot of people selling things that they make and there are also food booths. They have huge scones covered with cinnamon and sugar called Elephant Ears. They are delicious. The people here are quite unique and riding on the train here will give you a new experience everytime. We also went on a boat ride down the columbia river where they served us lunch. It is so green here and there are trees everywhere. It is gorgeous. We have also went to the zoo, ate at helvetia tavern (awesome cheese burgers and fries) and we went to the Rose Garden but nothing was in bloom. We have also gone to Silver Falls which is in Oregon State Park. We hiked down to the South Fall waterfall and we were able to walk right behind it. It was gorgeous and loud and a little wet, but so cool. Thats pretty much it for now. I will post pictures when I get home. Peace Out From Portland!!
